With an SCA score of 87–88, it firmly sits within premium specialty grade. The cup reveals soft apple and plum fruit notes, layered with delicate jasmine florals and rich honey sweetness, finishing with a comforting toffee depth. Balanced acidity and a smooth, lingering finish make it versatile across brewing methods while maintaining a clean and structured profile.
