Copper Academy – Terms & Conditions

Course Registration & Cut-Off Date

• All course registrations must be completed before the announced cut-off date.

• Registrations made after the cut-off date will not be accepted.

Slot Confirmation

• A minimum number of participants is required to confirm the course.

• If the minimum number is not met, the course will be canceled and the full amount refunded.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Once payment is made and the course slot is confirmed, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• A refund will only be issued if the course slot is not filled and the session is canceled by Copper Academy.

Participant Responsibility

• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are available on the course dates.

• No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

Changes & Cancellations

• Copper Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course with prior notice.

• In such cases, registered participants will be informed in advance and offered either a full refund or an option to transfer to another available date.
