With just enough roasting to recall the sweet flavors of the date fruits that once surrounded them, our medium roast - crafted from 100% hand-roasted date stones from the wadis of Oman - brings out the light, nutty taste of the stones themselves.
Our date stones are sold with a fine-to-medium grind to suit filter and infusion applications, but can be sold whole or as a different grind by special request.
