The Premises

Copper’s state-of-the-art coffee roasting and warehousing facility offers a humidity and temperature-controlled storage environment. 10,000 square feet allowing for the handling tons of coffee.An internal coffee lab and dedicated cupping area that follows the industry’s best practices and utilizes high-quality/tech analysis tools. The premise is equipped with a staging room, where it’s furnished with a thermostatically controlled space that stores green coffee ready to be roasted as per customer preference.The facility is fully insulated and purposely built with a low-emission HVAC system.Software tools support the roasting process that minimizes the risk of inconsistency. The roasting/automatic scaling, filling, bagging, and sealing/brewing equipment have been made by reputable organizations in the industry for decades, such as CoffeeTool, Slayer, etc. We are HACCP certified.
